International Air and Hospitality Academy is recognized as an excellent source of trained and qualified candidates. We regularly receive inquiries from airlines, restaurants and hotels seeking to interview our students and graduates for a variety of positions.

Our Career Development Department maintains an excellent working relationship with key employers and recruiting personnel throughout the airline and hospitality industries. In most cases, recruiters visit our campus to conduct interviews. They may also request candidates to conduct on-site employment interviews. We work with each student to prepare for interviews in several ways:

• Helping students write a personal résumé and assemble a professional portfolio

• Practicing individual and group interview techniques

• Teaching confidence and helping students make positive first impressions
