"Going into the air academy I came in with one expectation and idea of where I would be when graduation day rolled around. Well I felt differently two weeks into the program. I found a new passion in the the industry. Mrs. Westfall was a great coach she kept you laughing even when your brain hurt. My dream job came to me last week and I had to call her and tell her I got Corporate. I was hired with Carlson Wagonlit. She became my mirror of success. Mrs. Westfall had all the same experiences as the students were going through, she was a former student once. Im now working in my own office, desk, computer, and name plate, the great thing is that I know all the nights of stress of IAA homework was worth it. I really miss my friends at the air academy we still keep in touch via myspace. Everyone is having a great time with their new careers! " |

It is our goal for every one of our students to successfully complete our program and find a great start on a new career path. We also strive to satisfy the needs of the employers in our industry. International Air and Hospitality Academy is recognized as an excellent source of trained and qualified candidates. We regularly receive inquiries from airlines, restaurants and hotels seeking to interview our students and graduates for a variety of positions. Our Career Development Department maintains an excellent working relationship with key employers and recruiting personnel throughout the airline and hospitality industries.
In most cases, recruiters visit our campus to conduct interviews. They may also request candidates to conduct on-site employment interviews. We work with each student to prepare for interviews in several ways: |
