Bart Anderson
Ground Services / F&B Agent
Horizon Air

"I attended I.A.A. in 1988 and was hired by U.S. Air for Reno reservations. After a few years I transfered back to PDX and worked as a ramp agent for about a year before the company had a layoff. I LOVED both jobs and especially the flight benefits !!! After several years, I took advantage of my 'Life-time Placement' with the I.A.A., and got on with Alaska Airlines in SEA, then Sky West in both Denver and Portland, and now I work with Horizon at PDX... The people and my job are a BLAST, and all the benefits are FANTASTIC !!! Going to I.A.A. was the best thing I've ever done... No matter how many years it's been, or if a company goes through some 'growing pains' and has to lay off some of their employees, I'll always be able to go back to the academy, get hooked up with an interview, and be off to my next adventure....... Thank you so much I.A.A. for being my life-long safety net.... I can't tell you enough how much this school has changed my life !!!!!! "
